The following agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which you are purchasing, and obtaining access to, the WDW Savings Secrets eBook (the “eBook”).  By purchasing and taking possession of a digital (or paper) copy of the eBook, you hereby expressly agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.  In addition, your use of this website, having a home page located at WWW.WDWSAVINGSECRETS.COM (the “Website”), is expressly conditioned upon your agreeing to and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

ALL WEBSITES, EBOOKS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED, AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  WDW SAVINGS SECRETS (“WDWSS”) DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF THE WEBSITES, EBOOKS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR WRITTEN MATERIALS IN THE TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. Limitations & Exclusion of Liability. These warranties exclude all incidental and consequential damages. WDWSS, and its suppliers, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Legal Forum, Choice of Laws & Official Language. This offering is a contract between you and WDWSS, which is located in Vero Beach, Florida, USA and by doing business with WDWSS you agree that this Agreement is made in Vero Beach, Florida, USA and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the State of Florida. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida, and that any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in the State of Florida, USA.

Copyrights. The Website and eBook contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of WDWSS.  You hereby expressly agree not to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, rent, lease, share, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, copy, reproduce, or in any way exploit, in whole or in part, the Website, the eBook, and/or any component or portion thereof.

REFUND POLICY

WDW Savings Secrets stands behind every product and eBook sold on this Website and wants every customer to be 100% satisfied. As such, WDWSS has a liberal refund policy. Requests for refunds must be made in either writing or by e-mail to WDWSS. All refund requests must include the date of the transaction, the product purchased, and the credit card number with expirations date used from which the purchase was made.

In the event that the customer purchased an electronic-product (such as the eBook) or a hardcopy thereof, the product(s) is/are required to be returned to the WDWSS, per WDWSS instructions in order receive credit.

Upon complying with these terms, the customer will receive either a full credit on the credit card used for the transaction or a check. The manner of refunds, and issuance of a refund is at the sole and complete discretion of WDWSS, and all decisions are final. Shipping and/or handling fees are non-refundable. WDWSS reserves the right to change or amend these refund policies at any time, and at its sole discretion.
